What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Online payment options (such as bank transfer or card) may be added soon.
Can I place an order via WhatsApp?
Yes, you can place your order directly through our WhatsApp by messaging us at +92 315 4842204.
How can I confirm my order?
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email or message via WhatsApp within 24 hours.

Do you offer nationwide delivery?
Yes, we deliver to all cities across Pakistan.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days, depending on your location.
Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, we charge a flat shipping fee of Rs. 250 across Pakistan. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 2,999.
We also run limited-time free delivery promotions from time to time, so do check our website banners or social media pages for any active offers.
The final shipping amount (if any) will always be shown at checkout.

Are your perfumes original?
Yes. We offer both original creations and carefully crafted impressions of high-end designer fragrances.
How long do RUHZAÉ perfumes last?
Our perfumes are designed for long-lasting wear, usually lasting 6 to 10 hours depending on skin type and environment.
What concentration are your perfumes?
We use Extrait de Parfum concentrations for better longevity and projection.
Are your perfumes for men or women?
We offer perfumes for men, women, and unisex. Each product mentions its fragrance profile and recommended gender category.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange a perfume?
Yes, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided you have the proof of purchase and the item is unused, unopened and in original packaging.
How do I request a refund or replacement?
Please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

Currently, we do not offer gift packaging, but all RUHZAÉ products are packed in elegant boxes by default.
